Wendy Keating has worked as a stylist and colorist since 1993. With excellent communication and popularization skills, she finally ventured into the world of education. She began by training color for Voilà from Intercosmo, a brand now owned by Revlon, followed by hair care training for Olaplex. She then worked as the Education Lead for a professional beauty distribution company, where she was responsible for several brands, including Olaplex, Mydentity, Living Proof, EVO and others. She also owned her own salon for 15 years.

Wendy Keating has been part of the HueSee team since the very beginning, when the brand was just an idea. Because of her educational background and her technical and scientific knowledge, Wendy acts as both Director of Education and Director of Product Development.
