Kathy Simon has been working in the hairdressing industry since 1986. Thanks to her unique artistic vision, she quickly rose through the ranks to the role of Art Director, working for internationally renowned brands such as Vidal Sassoon, Joico, Schwarzkopf Professional, Neuma and Lakmé. She has taken part in numerous events, sets, video shoots and photo shoots, won a Contessa award, has been a finalist in several competitions and her work is published in magazines worldwide. Kathy is also recognized for her inspiring teaching style and for the education system she created and continues to develop and teach throughout North America, the Mekka System of Education.

Since 2023, Kathy Simon has held the dual role of Creative Director and Art Director for HueSee. She is responsible for the collections and the artistic team, as well as actively participating in the development of the education structure and product development.
